Sunday snacking

I like to think of Sunday as a nothing day. Whatever I do on that day, won't matter the next day. No guilt allowed, no "darn, I should have taken today to finish that [enter responsible thing here]". So I think that might be why I always stuff my face with everything in the apartment. Eh...I'll eat a salad tomorrow.
Breakfast was a delicious and nutritious cup of noodles. But for "brunch" I had a candy apple! Who eats candy apples at 11 AM? I do.

I'm a little disappointed in this candy apple though. And I do this to myself every year! I see them in the food store around October and say "ooh! my favorite!". And only when I unwrap it, that's when I remember it's not that hard candy shell that I'm hoping for, but a gooey caramel-like mysterious red coating. ugh. What's a girl got to do to get some crunchy candy on my apples?
Still...it was tasty.

I'm thinking....a bag of pizza rolls for lunch.

We had Bagel Bites for supper!

Well, you're going to have to make your own candy apples! I know, they need the hard candy coating. But that one looked good!
